To align frames

1. Hold down Ctrl and click on the frame(s) A shape used to hold text, pictures, graphics, PowerText or OLE objects. you want to align.

2. From the Frame menu A list of available commands and actions in Publisher. Menu names are displayed in the menu bar at the top of the Publisher window., select Align. The Align Frames dialog box A window used to supply information to Publisher. appears.

3. If you have selected more than one frame, choose whether you want to align the frames to each other or to the page, by clicking on the appropriate radio button in the Alignment group box.

4. From the Horizontal list box, select how you want to align the frame(s) horizontally.

5. From the Vertical list box, select how you want to align The positioning of a selected group of frames relative to each other. the frame(s) vertically.

6. Click on OK.

Note:

You can also check the check boxes around the preview box to determine how you align the frames.
